Guidelines for submitting declined claims for union progression:
- Submit complete claim file within 60 days of carrier declination.
- Include trip ticket details, engine and train numbers, calling/on-duty/tie-up timestamps.
- Attach written carrier declination with supervisor reasoning.
- Specify applicable Schedule Agreement Rule violations in your notes.
